The Win A Private Screening Competition (“Prize Draw”) is organised by Warner Bros. Entertainment UK Limited, 98 Theobald’s Road, London WC1X 8WB (“Warner Bros”).

In order to administer the Prize Draw, Warner Bros. may make use of advertising and promotional agencies (‘Warner Bros. Agencies’).

The Prize Draw is governed by the laws of England and Wales.

Entry into the Prize Draw assumes the acceptance of the terms and conditions below and agreement to be bound by the decisions of Warner Bros. The following terms and conditions will apply to this Prize Draw:

How to Enter

The Prize Draw begins at 12am GMT on 14th October 2007 and ends at 12am GMT on 31st December 2007

Participants may only enter the Prize Draw by providing Warner Bros. with their email address and date of birth on the Prize Draw entry page located at http://www.mydvdexpert.com/competition.php and clicking on the enter button (‘Entry’).

Eligibility

The Prize Draw is only open to UK residents who are aged 18 or older.

Warner Bros. will only accept one Entry per day, per household. If more than one such Entry is submitted within 24 hours, only the first Entry submitted will be accepted.

Ineligible or fraudulent Entries are void. Winners will be deemed to have authorised Warner Bros. and Warner Bros.’ Agents to check the completeness and accuracy of the information they supply for purposes of participation. A winner who has supplied incomplete, inaccurate or fraudulent information will be automatically disqualified. Any Entry that uses offensive or inappropriate language will automatically be disqualified.

Warner Bros. and Warner Bros.’ Agents are not responsible for lost, late, or misdirected Entries, for technical, hardware or software failures of any kind, for lost or unavailable network connections, or for failed, incomplete, garbled or delayed computer transmissions or any human error which may occur in the receipt or processing of the Entries.

Proof of entering information on the http://www.mydvdexpert.co.uk/ website does not constitute proof of delivery or receipt of such information. Warner Bros. is not responsible for the failure of any email or Entry to be received by Warner Bros. on account of technical problems or congestion on the internet or at any web site.

Use of computer programs and other automatic means to enter the Prize Draw is prohibited and may result in the disqualification of the participant.

The Prize Draw is not open to employees or contractors of the Warner Bros., Warner Bros. Entertainment group of companies, including each of their affiliates, subsidiaries, divisions or any person directly or indirectly involved in the organisation or running of the Prize Draw or their direct family members.

In the event of a dispute regarding the identity of the person submitting an Entry, the Entry will be deemed to be submitted by the person in whose name the e-mail account is registered on the date the Entry is submitted. All entries become property of Warner Bros. and will not be returned.

The Prize Draw winner may be invited to take part in post-Prize Draw publicity for Warner Bros.

Use of Personal Information

In order to participate in the Prize Draw, participants will be required to supply certain information about themselves on the Prize Draw entry page. Warner Bros. has specified which information is mandatory in order to participate in the Prize Draw. This information will be used by Warner Bros. for the purposes of administering the Prize Draw.

In addition, the Warner Bros. Privacy Policy shall apply to all personal information provided by the participant. The Warner Bros. Privacy Policy can be found at www.warnerbros.co.uk/main/privacy .

The Prize Draw

The Prize Draw will take place on 2nd January 2008. The Prize Draw winners will be selected by means of a random software selection system. Warner Bros.’ decision concerning the determination of the Prize Draw winners and all matters relating to the Prize Draw will be final and binding.

The Prize

First Prize: the Prize Draw winner will receive the grand prize, of a private screening of a Warner Bros Movie. The Movie will be selected by the winner from a list provided by Warner Bros.

The screening will be for the winner and up to 30 friends or relatives.
The Private screening will be held at a venue selected by Warner Bros who will endeavour to find one close to the home address of the winner.
Included in the Prize will be a large popcorn and large soft drink for the winner and each friend and relative that accompany them.

No cash or credit alternative is available and prizes are not transferable.

In the event of unforeseen circumstances, Warner Bros. reserves the right to substitute any or all parts of the Prize Draw. In this event, such a change will be publicised on the http://www.mydvdexpert.co.uk/ website and any necessary amendments to these conditions will be made.

Notifying the Prize Draw Winners

The Prize Draw winner will be informed by email (at the same email address submitted on the entry page) by 16th January 2007. The Prize Draw winner will be required to confirm acceptance of their prizes in an email by 12 noon on 23rd January 2007 (“Confirmatory Email”). Prize Draw winners must provide their full name, telephone number and mailing address in the Confirmatory Email. The prizes will be posted to each of the Prize Draw winners within 28 days of Warner Bros. receiving the Prize Draw Winner’s Confirmatory Email.

If a Prize Draw winner does not confirm acceptance of his/her prize by 12 noon on 23rd January 2007, he/she will automatically forgo their right to claim the prize and Warner Bros. will select a runner up as an alternative Prize Draw winner.

Winner’s List

For the names of the Prize Draw winners’, send a self-addressed stamped envelope to: Winner’s List, c/o Online International Department, Warner Bros. Entertainment UK Limited, Warner house, 98 Theobald’s Road, London WC1X 8WB, within one month of the Prize Draw closing date.

Limitation of Liability

Warner Bros. does not accept any responsibility for any occurrences resulting from the participants’ connection to the internet via the http://www.mydvdexpert.co.uk/ site and/or resulting from participation in the Prize Draw. In particular, Warner Bros. does not accept responsibility for any damage or loss caused in any way to participants, their computer equipment and/or to data which is stored on any such equipment, or to their personal, professional or commercial activities.

If, for any reason, the Prize Draw is not capable of running as planned, including infection due to computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorised intervention, fraud, technical failure, human error or any other causes beyond the control of Warner Bros. that corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity, or proper conduct of the Prize Draw, Warner Bros. reserves the right to disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process, and to cancel, terminate, modify, or suspend the Prize Draw and to select the Prize Draw winners from all eligible entries received prior to the cancellation or termination of the Prize Draw.

Any attempt by a participant to deliberately damage the http://www.mydvdexpert.co.uk/ website or to undermine the legitimate operations of the Prize Draw may be a violation of criminal and civil laws and should any such attempt be made, Warner Bros. reserves the right to seek damages from any such person to the fullest extent permitted by law.

Warner Bros. reserves the right to change, suspend or cancel the Prize Draw without specifying the reasons for its decision and without incurring liability as a result.

Warner Bros. does not exclude any liability for death or personal injury arising as a result of Warner Bros.’ negligence in respect of the participants’ use of the http://www.mydvdexpert.co.uk/ web site.

Participants’s use of the http://www.mydvdexpert.co.uk/ website is subject to the Warner Bros Terms of Use.

Entry into the Prize Draw assumes acceptance of these terms and conditions and agreement to be bound by the decisions of Warner Bros.
